The importance of teamwork

There is much controversy about the importance of teamwork. Some say that teamwork is a waste of time since people work together in their diffenrent way, while others disagree because they believe teamwoek has a great deal of advantages. As far as I am concerned, the latter opinion is more advisable. The follow reasons can support my preference.

To begin with, teamwork is  a good way to coorperate and learn from others,since different people have their advantages and disadvantages, what we need to do is to tolerate others’ errors and learn what we lack of.  In addition, our efficiencies will be greatly improved if every part is finished well.  This  needs our common efforts to do so .Furthermore, we can also make friends and build up relationships with others while working.

Therefore , I support the opinion that teamwork is important. I will try my best to work with my teammate better and abosor more knowledge from teamwork
