    岗位职责:
    1. Carry out store’s assets improving plan, including lease contract renew, rental cut, store innovation and etc.
    执行公司店铺的资产优化计划,包括续约、降租、改造等工作;
    2. Follow up each store’s performance and any change in the business district.
    跟踪各店铺经营表现、商圈变化;
    3. Coordinate and manage any issues between Operations, Finance, Store Development or other departments and Landlords.
    协调处理营运、财务、营建等部门与业主间事项;
    4. Coordinate and manage store’s property issues to maintain company’s benefit and support store’s routine business.
    协调处理店铺的资产性事务,维护公司利益,保证店铺的正常经营;
    5. Deal with landlords about least contract issues.
    处理涉及业主方面等与租赁相关的其他事项;
    6. Update and maintain all kinds of information about store property.
    更新和维护公司店铺各项资产信息。

    任职要求:
    1. Bachelor or above. major in engineering, real estate, finance or law will be preferred.
    本科以上学历,工程、房地产、财务或者法律专业优先;
    2. Good ability in both spoken and written English and Chinese, good PC office skill as well.
    良好的中英文读写能力和计算机办公系统操作技术;
    3. Strong communication, analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills.
    有较强的沟通、分析、谈判和解决问题的技巧;
    4. Fast learning and problem solving reflection, self active on working.
    有较快的领悟性和解决问题的反应力,能积极主动地工作;
    5. Durability and organization , hardworking style with team-work sprit
    有耐受力和组织力,以团队精神共同勤奋工作的风格。
