Job Title: Marketing Engineer 市场工程师 (无线电技术，电子工程，通信)
Department: Electronic Measurements Group电子测试测量部
Location: 深圳
Target: 无线电技术，电子工程，通信等相关专业硕士以上学历

Job Description:
1. 学习、和熟悉安捷伦科技的电子，通讯测试测量产品和解决方案；开发市场，管理市场及行业信息和动向，维持和提高市场满意度；制定、执行市场计划并完成计划。
2. 日常的市场活动及服务如：联系关键客户, 了解行业动向及需求, 提供竞争资料、报价；宣传安捷伦电子测量仪器的方案、新产品；协调各种资源为客户提供最佳产品和解决方案。 组织安排研讨会、客户会议等。
3. 制定年度及季度市场计划，与工厂及销售团队充分沟通，达成市场计划，支持销售团队及工厂达成销售任务。
- Responsible for managing marketing programs of Agilent systems, solutions and services to the customers in assigned territory/ industry in China.
- Responsible for developing market and gaining customers satisfaction.
- Represent Agilent to the industry, market segment and target customers in all field-oriented activities and programs.
- Interpret customer needs and work with divisions to meet those needs; identify potential business opportunities
- Work on marketing program assignments with clearly defined objectives.

Qualification:
1.        无线电技术，电子工程，通信等相关专业硕士以上学历。
2.        工作积极主动，有良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神。
3.        良好英文听说读写能力和有关的技术水平与技巧。
4.        能经常出差。
- Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering or equivalent
- Sound communication skill / interpersonal skill
- Be able to work under pressure
- Be self- motivated and proactive
- Good command of English and Mandarin
