Why people live a longer life now?
Nowadays, everyone of us is confronted with too many examples of people live a longer life . It is not strange to read the news that in some villiages , there are a large number of elderly who lives more than 100 years.
Consequently, people are interested in why other people live a longer life now. To begin with ,the living standards such as food, accommodations, environments have been tremendous raised which play an important role in lenghtening lifespan. Moreover, it is indispensible to have a good mood and be oprimistic when facing difficulties . Furthermore, being friendly and shareing emotions with others is a good way to make people healthier both physically and mentally.
Personally , I am glad to see that more and more people live a longer life. Since if we live longer ,then we can appreciate more beauty in lives. There are many measures to help us live longer such as doing exercises regularly, having balanced dier everyday, relaxing after work or study and so on ,. Only through these ways can we live a longer and healthier life.
