Physical exercise

It is widely accepted that human being needs physical exercise to keep healthy and energetic. However, due to the different limitations , we can hear or see some people living in this rushing society lack of physical exercise which leads to unhealthy status physically and mentally.

There are various physical exercises as follows. First of all, we can either run with our friends or just ourselves or swim in the pool. Furthermore, playing badminton , basketball, football is a good way to keep us in good shape and at the same time, learn to cooperate with  others. In addition , when we are tired or confused, yoga is a good choice which make us calm down.

As for me ,physical exercise is an indispensable part in our daily life. Only we exercise  regularly and properly can we stay healthy thus we live a better life.
