Weir中国轮岗培训生项目
Weir轮岗培训生项目是Weir集团一项全球性的人才发展计划，旨在招募并培养有潜力的优秀人才，成为未来的领导人。 在为期2年的项目中，培训生将会完成4次的轮岗培训，其中一次是为期3个月的海外培训，通过在实际业务中承担工作职责，深入接触、了解公司的工程优势以及主要业务流程。 在每个岗位上都会有资深从业人员进行一对一专业指导，我们还会为每一位培训生量身定制培训发展计划。


轮岗培训生-工程
Rotational Graduate-Engineering
职位要求：
大学本科毕业或研究生毕业, 机械工程、流体工程或相关专业
英语达到听说读写流利的水平
有效的沟通、优秀的团队合作和人际交往能力
主动性和责任感强，具有创新思维，善于自我激励
工作地点：上海、苏州、无锡、成都等


Qualifications
Undergraduate or graduate degree, major in Mechanical Engineering, Flow Engineering or related subject
Fluent in English, written and verbal
Effective communication, excellent teamwork, and interpersonal skills
Initiative, strong sense of responsibility, innovative thinking and self-motivated

Weir Rotational Graduate Program

The Weir Rotational Graduate Program is a global talent development program which is designed to recruit and develop potential and excellent talents to be future leaders. In this 2 year program, each individual will rotate in 4 different functions or departments and one of the rotations is a 3 month overseas training. You will take responsibilities and have the chance to understand better Weir's engineering edge and core business processes. On each rotational position, a senior professional will be assigned to each individual, providing coaching and guidance, as well as a tailor-made development plan.
Location: Shanghai, Suzhou, Wuxi, etc.
