Your challenge (the elevator pitch)

1. Perform test and provide accurate result to reflect actual product performance.
2. Build prototype to verify and update drawing.
3. Effectively working with Mechanical & Electrical Engineering teams.
4. Achieve Philips's Goals--- Eager to Win, Take Ownership, Team up to excel.

Your responsibilities
1. To provide on-site support on drawing create, include 3D model and 2D drawing output. So it is necessary to be familiar with software SolidWorks.
2. To perform engineering sample building, testing and debugging.
3. Debugging mechanical structure for lighting products and capable updating the CAD and drawing.
4. Familiar with BOM and ECO. Be able to prepare the product documents in system.
5. Assist in alternative component sourcing and evaluation.
6. Assist with manufacturing process and testing.

Your team

Due to Engineering Group expansion, this position is open to help Engineers (include ME,EE, Compliance) to perform any routine testing (e.g. thermal test, light measurement) or make engineering samples (e.g. ME housing, heatsink, PCB prototype) in order to reduce workload to engineers. This position is required to frequently travel to lab/factories/ tooling vendors located in DongGuan or GuangZhou area.
