HR Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Shopfloor operator and general office staff recruitment
- Job description update and recruitment channels management
- Responsible for recruitment report update
- New hire onboard procedure coordination
- Responsible for company activities such as sports club activities, annual outing, annual dinner etc.
- Anniversary recognition and achievement award follow up
- Provide Administrative assistance to HR department
- Ad-hoc jobs assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, at least 1-2 years of working experiences, in foreign manufacture plant is preferred.
- Being patient and careful, paying attention to details.
- Good personal communication skill and team spirit.
- Fluent in English speaking and writing.
