Manufacturing Quality Engineer
Location: China, Shenzhen
Job Description/Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
.
Monitoring the daily yield data for production line.
.
Identifying whether manufacturing problem for the test failures and fix it.
.
Working with CM engineer for continuous improvement on process and product yield.
.
Daily review meeting during the yield rate low than target.
.
Create necessary bug and CAR to track all the critical quality issue.
.
Managing manufacturing and quality issue in production line, identifying process, material, design& test program issue.
.
Leading root cause analysis and corrective action on process and quality issue.
.
Escalate critical quality issue to engineering team and high management.
.
Responsible for successful accomplishment of Modular Diagnostic Software (MODS) production validation activities for electronics products.
.
Possess a university degree or above in electrical, electronic, computer or industrial engineering, or equivalent.
.
Be able to communicate well in spoken and written English.
.
Has some experience in operating various computing environments, such as DOS, UNIX/Linux, Windows (XP, Win7)
Minimum Requirement:
.
Bachelor Degree or above in an Engineering discipline (i.e., Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical)
.
Competence with spoken and written English
.
Active feedback sense and good communication skill
