职位职能:  HR Intern/招聘专员/助理   
工作地点：广州市天河区体育中心

Job Responsibilities

-Get new talents by calling everyday to enlarge the talent pipeline
-Analysis job requirements, compile job descriptions, and conduct extensive research work to identify potential candidates
-Provide support to recruiters/senior recruiter to accomplish target set.
-Coordination on workforce management.

Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
1.Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or Management / English;
2.Be eager to have a long-term career development in HR recruiting field;
2. Has 0-1 year similar working experience in HR related area;
3. Good communication skills both in Chinese and English (fluent oral English is preferred);
4. Good team work spirit and fast learner;
5. Good attitude with patience, can work under pressure
6. Good knowledge in Microsoft office tools especially in Excel, Power Point and Word.
