Sales Trainee

We are looking to recruit a team of high calibre, enterprising and results-driven Development
Executives to be a part of our winning sales force.  You will be provided with the necessary training to
help you succeed in your role and early sales career with Marsh.  You can certainly look to grow your
long term career with our Company!   

Primary Responsibilities:

Cold Call and Book 1st meetings with new prospective clients.
Support the efforts of the Business Development team in developing relationships with
potential clients.
Cleanse Database lists to establish target prospect universe by market segment.
Conduct market research to identify new prospects.
Follow up and support Corporate marketing campaigns.
Assist in client and competitor research.

Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Fresh graduates or graduates/diploma holders with 1-2 years of working experience 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fast learner and able to work independently as well as in a team
Enterprising, Achievement-oriented and Resilient.
Energetic and Enthusiastic personality
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Working Locations:
Guangzhou
